We’re looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team in Korea. This role is central to helping new customers understand the value of Tuxera’s technology and supporting the sales team in turning interest into long-term partnerships.
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you’ll be the technical champion in the sales process—working closely with our Sales team and prospective customers to demonstrate how Tuxera’s products can solve real-world challenges. You’ll drive product evaluations, support solution design, and build strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
Your goal? Make sure every customer interaction with Tuxera is insightful, solution-focused, and aligned with their strategic needs.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations, both in-person and remotely
Translate customer needs into technical solutions, aligning with Tuxera’s capabilities and roadmap
Own technical aspects of the sales process—evaluations, proofs-of-concept, and solution architecture
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth customer journeys
Maintain deep expertise in Tuxera’s products and stay current on new releases
Support development of pre-sales collateral and tools
Represent Tuxera at trade shows, customer workshops, and industry events in Korea and the broader APAC region
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing field insights with the product and engineering teams
Uphold and promote Tuxera’s values in all external and internal interactions
6+ years in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role
Strong foundation in embedded software development or systems engineering
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to a range of audiences
Hands-on experience working with customers in Automotive, Industrial, Medical, or related verticals
Familiarity with storage technologies (file systems, FTLs, flash memory) and/or networking (TCP/IP, secure connectivity)
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards is a plus (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 62304, cybersecurity frameworks)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with CRM tools and sales processes
A passion for customer success and a strong commercial mindset
Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English
