Tuxera is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and scale our global marketing efforts. In this key role, you’ll shape our marketing strategy, build a high-performing team, and create a marketing engine that drives real, measurable growth.

Given the critical nature of this role, we’re looking for someone who’s excited to collaborate closely with our teams at Tuxera’s HQ in the Helsinki capital area.

Your Mission

As our Head of Marketing, you'll be the driving force behind Tuxera’s global marketing efforts—owning strategy, execution, and results. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to craft and execute a plan that accelerates growth, sharpens our positioning, and fuels demand worldwide.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’re not just setting direction—you’re also rolling up your sleeves and making it happen.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and scale our global marketing function with full accountability for performance and outcomes.
  • Build and scale the Growth Engine: lead the development of our social proof and success stories, define ideal customer profiles (ICP), generate demand, and support sales enablement.
  • Drive core marketing functions: product marketing, digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution.
  • Define and refine compelling value propositions and positioning across our Embedded and Storage product lines.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering to deliver seamless go-to-market strategies. Oversee external communications including PR, events, and media opportunities.
  • Track key marketing KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business goals.
  • Grow the team and optimize the marketing stack—starting lean and executing smart.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in software, embedded systems, or enterprise technology.
  • A strong track record in product marketing and demand generation.
  • A hands-on execution mindset, comfortable working with lean resources.
  • Strategic thinking combined with excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Experience aligning go-to-market plans with sales and product teams.
  • Confidence navigating both technical content and C-level messaging.
  • Proven ability to own and drive content strategy, public relations, and communications.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritizing for impact, and optimizing as you go.
  • Leadership experience—either leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.
  • A growth-driven, can-do mindset with strong ownership and a collaborative, no-ego attitude.
  • A natural ability to build bridges with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Humble confidence, a collaborative spirit and high-performance attitude.
